Welcome!
My name is Lydia and I am the face behind Stitches & Sprouts.
The inspiration for this little corner of the internet comes from my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science & Sustainability as well as my forever desire to create.
My intention here is to give life to old items that have served their purpose and could use a refresh! One of my favorite projects is upcycling blankets, but I also enjoy sewing, crocheting, and knitting!
As I continue to learn about taking care of the planet, I hope to teach and encourage others through my creations.
